The King’s Speech movie reigned over “Black Swan” and “The Social Network” with 12 smashing Oscar nominations.
Colin Firth and Helena Bonham Carter are vying for best actor and best actress categories respectively. They equally deserve the said nominations because they have really done a god job in the film.
For Colin, he played the role of King George VI who is considerably a really difficult and painful acting because of the stuttering scenes while Helena Bonham Carter exquisitely portrayed the majesty “Queen Mum”.
“The King's Speech" other nominations includes director Tom Hooper for Best Director, David Seidler for Best Screenwriter, and other categories such as best in cinematography, costume design, art direction and musical score.
Kudos to the cast of for a remarkable 12 Oscar Nominations! The proud men in their elegant suits with peak lapel as they pose for a nice major cast picture!
